Jane Schlater Puckett ('83) was a three-sport star at Urbana before graduating with a B.S. in education in 1983. The all-time leading scorer in Urbana University's women's basketball history (at the time of her induction), Puckett was a three-time hoops Most Valuable Player. She averaged 22 points per game as a senior to earn MVP honors in District 22. She was an Academic All-America selection in 1982.

Jane was a member of the volleyball team two years and earned MVP honors as a sophomore. In three years on the softball team, she was MVP her sophomore and senior years. Winning MVP honors in three sports in a single year is unmatched in Urbana University athletic history.
