URBANA, Ohio – Urbana University's
Jasminko Dizdarevic has been voted to the 2019 Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA) All-Atlantic Region First Team.
Dizdarevic, who is the Mountain East Conference Offensive Player of the Year, picked up his second career all-region selection after earning second-team honors last season. He'll move on for consideration on the D2CCA All-American ballot with winners announced on Dec. 11.
The senior from St. Charles, Illinois led the MEC in goals (13) and points (31) during the regular season. Dizdarevic also had a career-high five assists and four game-winners. He registered a point in 10 of 18 matches.
Dizdarevic was also recently named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District First Team, where he has also moved on to the Academic All-America ballot.
