High School: Earned three varsity letters at Euclid High School... named All-Greater Cleveland Conference First Team honoree as a senior while averaging nearly 15 points per game... voted Most Valuable Player of the News-Herald Classic all-star game with 40 points... helped lead Euclid to its first district title in over 20 years... logged 12 points and 14 rebounds in the regional semifinal against St. Edward.

Personal: Mario is the son of Mario Lacy Sr. and Monique Flowers... he has one brother, Willie... he plans on studying sports management at Urbana University.
