2015 (Junior): Dail was the best runner for Urbana this season, leading the team in all six races this fall...He ran the third lowest 5k in school history (17:23.0) at the Wittenberg Invitational, placing him third in the race, and was also the second fastest time in his Blue Knight career...He also ran the fifth fastest 8k in school history (28:20.19) at the All-Ohio Championships...Dail earned second team All-MEC honors after an 18th place finish (29:51.7) at the MEC Championships.

2014 (Sophomore): Named SAAC's November Scholar Athlete of the Month...Dail was the best runner for the Blue Knights this season...He led Urbana in the last five races of the season...In the years only 5k, he ran the third fastest time in Urbana (17:27.94) at the Walsh 5k...Dail has led the Blue Knight men in every race of his career, a streak of 11 straight races...Dail ran the second fastest 8K in school history this season, crossing the finish line in 28:09.78, or just 11 seconds off the school-record pace. ..He also owns two of the three fastest men's 5K's in school history, despite running the distance just twice in his young career...Dail finished 33rd at the Walsh 5K on October 31st in a time of 17:27.94, just 25 seconds off his own school-record pace in that distance...At the MEC Championship Race on November 8th, Dail turned in the 42nd fastest 8K in a time of 31:00.19.

2013 (Freshman): This freshman was Urbana's best runner...Dail ran a 17:02 at the teams only 5k this season, which happen to be the fastest time for the Blue Knights that day...With that time of 17:02, he is now on top of the all time fastest 5k times in the record book...His average 8k time was 29:53 and lead the team in 8k average...His fastest 8k this came at the Ohio Wesleyan Invite with a time of 29:32, which was also the fastest time for the Knights that day...Dail was the most consistant runner this season with keeping all of his times around his 29:53 average...Named to the Athletic Director's Fall Honor Roll.

Previous Experience: Ran for Coach Todd Buschur at nearby Graham High School...Named the 2012 Graham Cross Country Rookie of the Year for the 2012 Central Buckeye Conference Cross Country Champions...Also named to the 2013 CBC All-Conference Track Team.
