Previous College: Sanders Jr. attended Merced College which competes in the 31-team Northern California Football Conference... he was named 2018 Region II All-California First Team and American Golden Coast League First Team at running back... totaled 1,487 rushing yards with 12 touchdowns in 20 career games... as a sophomore in 2018, he ranked 10th in the NCFC and second in the division with 95.1 rushing yards per game... overall in 2018, he totaled 951 yards on 139 carries (6.8/avg) with seven touchdowns... he ran for a career-high 272 yards and scored twice in a 35-22 home win over Monterey Peninsula... he recorded 100-yard rushing performances in four of the final five games of the season... as a freshman in 2016, Sanders Jr. ran for 536 yards with five touchdowns... he registered a season-high 118 yards and a touchdown in a come-from-behind road win against Yuba College.

High School: Attended North Side High School in Fort Wayne, Indiana... helped capture a 2013 Summit Athletic Conference title... named Indiana Football Coaches Association All-State at defensive line.
