2014 (Junior Season): Cayot appeared in all 11 games, four of which were starts...Mostly played linebacker...He had a total of 18 tackles with two 0.5 tackles for loss...His best game was against Charleston where he recorded eight tackles and a 0.5 tackle for loss.

2013 (Sophomore Season): Played four games at linebacker and recorded a total of two tackles (one solo, one assist) before suffering a season-ending injury on October 12 against Concord University...Named to the A.D.'s Fall Honor Roll...Recipient of the team's most prestigious award and the "Want To-Tempo-Us" Award.

2012 (Freshman Season): Earned Academic All-Conference honors...Named to the Athletic Director's Fall and Spring Honor Roll...Appeared in 10 games...He ranked 17th on the team in total tackles with 14 (four solo, 10 assisted)...On September 8 against Seton Hill, Taylor had one QB hurry-up and had his personal game high of five total tackles (two solo, three assisted).

High School: Played at nearby Bellefontaine High School for Coach Chris Schmidt...Named first team All-CBC and first team All-Area in football and wrestling...Earned Academic All-Ohio honors and twice earned the CBC Sportsmanship Award...Led the team in tackles.
