2016 (Freshman): Appeared in 10 games and moved to the other side of the ball, where he started the final two games at strong safety ... registered 33 total tackles, 18 solo tackles, two tackles for loss, three fumble recoveries and one forced fumble ... credited with a career-high 11 tackles in UU's road win at Charleston (Oct. 22) ... had at least one tackle in nine of 10 games ... changed number from 87 to 1 and will shift back to wide receiver in 2017. 

High School: Three-year letterwinner under head coach Trevor White at Beechcroft HS ... named third-team all-state at wide receiver as a senior ... also picked up first-team all-district and first-team all-city honors senior year ... caught 11 touchdowns and totaled 500 yards receiving in final season for the Cougars ... lettered in track, where he finished as the state runner-up in 300-meter hurdles.
