2016 (Junior): All-MEC Honorable Mention ... averaged fifth-most tackles in the MEC (8.8/gm) ... led UU with career-high totals for tackles for loss (10.5) and interceptions (3) ... had two sacks and three forced fumbles ... four games with 10+ tackles, including career-high 14 at Fairmont State ... started 10 games before suffering season-ending injury ... named to the AD's Spring Honor Roll.

2015 (Sophomore): Started all 11 games at linebacker ... recorded the sixth-most tackles on the team with a career-high 49 total defensive stops ... posted career-highs in solo tackles (28), assisted tackles (21), and pass breakups (four) ... racked up career-high eight tackles in back-to-back games in Week 2 and Week 3, including a career-high seven solo stops at West Virginia State (Week 2) ... had at least four tackles in seven games ... credited with a fumble recovery in Week 4 at West Liberty.

2014 (Freshman): Started two games and appeared in nine ... he recorded 21 tackles (14 solo, seven assisted) mostly played linebacker ... 1.5 tackles for loss and 1.5 sacks for a loss of nine yards ... Dillard had two interceptions on the year for 14 all-purpose yards, which came in back-to-back games, one against Malone and the other against West Virginia Wesleyan on November 8 ... his best game was against Malone on November 1, where Dillard recorded a season high of six tackles, one interception, and one pass breakup.

2013: (Redshirt): Redshirted his first season at Urbana ... named Defensive Scout of the Year.
