2015 (Junior Season): Appeared in all 11 games as the team's primary kick returner and saw time at wide receiver...Posted a career-high 947 all-purpose yards and career-high 832 yards on kick returns...Caught a career-high 13 passes for a career-high 104 yards on the season...Top performance at wide receiver came in Week 4 at West Liberty, where he hauled in four receptions for 29 yards...Put up a season-high 42 receiving yards, including a 22-yard reception, against Charleston in Week 8...Recorded season-high 208 yards on kick returns in the season opener vs. Glenville State...Longest return of the season went for 70 yards against No. 21 Concord in Week 3...Posted a 62-yard return in Week 10 vs. Notre Dame College...Also registered a 60-yard return in Week 1.

2014 (Sophomore Season): Carter appeared in eight games this year, mostly at kick return...He had four total catches for 85 yards...Three of the catches came against Notre Dame College with the longest going for 64 yards...He finished the year with 560 all-purpose yards...Named MEC Special Teams Player of the Week on 10/13 after recording 161 all-purpose yards against #23 Concord...Had a 97-yard kickoff return against the Mountain Lions, which is second in MEC history behind his 100-yard kickoff return as a redshirt freshman.

2013 (Freshman Season): Kelly played in eight games at wide receiver recording nine catches for 175 yards and one touchdown...He averaged 19.4 yards per catch...Best game came on 10/26 against Fairmont State with two catches for 52 yards and a touchdown.. Kelly also played special teams as a kick returner....Returned a total of 10 kicks for 352 total yards and one touchdown...Best return game came on 11/9 against WVWC, when he returned three kicks for 144 yds and a touchdown for 100 yards...The 100 yard return is a school record and an MEC record...He finished the season with 527 total all-purpose yards.

2012 (Redshirt Season):  Named to the Athletic Director's Fall Honor Roll...Redshirted his first season at Urbana.

High School: Kelly contributed to a Westerville South team that won outright or shared the OCC title all four years he played there...Kelly received All OCC Honors, All Metro, Honorable Mention All District, and was a regional finalist in Track and Field in the 400-meter dash...He was also class president his sophomore year and class secretary in his junior year.
