2015 (Senior Season): Started all 11 games at linebacker...Finished fourth in MEC with 9.1 tackles per game...Totaled career-high 100 tackles with 43 solo and 57 assisted defensive stops...Recorded career-best eight tackles for loss...Forced two fumbles....Had five games with at least 10 tackles...Racked up career-high 13 total tackles in Week 2 win at West Virginia State...Collected 12 total tackles in two other games...Switched uniform number from #27 to #5.

2014 (Junior Season): Switched from #46 to #27 before the season...Appeared in all 11 games for the Blue Knights, eight of which were starts...Played mostly at linebacker, Keener recorded 86 tackles on the year (42 solo, 44 assisted)...He had four tackles for loss the resluted in 20 yards, he also sacked the opposing quaterback two times for a loss of seven yards...Keener's best game was against Glenville State on September 27, where he recorded 12 tackles, and one tackle for a loss of 11 yards. 

2013 (Sophomore Season): Transfered from Tiffin University last year and played his first season as a Blue Knight...He recorded 15 total tackles with six of them were solo and nine were assists..Recorded one sac for a loss of three yards...Also had a hurry on the quaterback and a pass break-up.

2012 (Freshman Season): Letterwinner for Coach Garry Gouff at Tiffin University before transferring to Urbana.

High School: First Team All-Conference linebacker and Second Team All-District running back for Coach Doug Green at River Valley High School.
