MEC Partners with Blueframe, Announces Digital Network

Mountain East Conference Release:

Lexington, KY – BlueFrame Technology announced a partnership with the Mountain East Conference today to create the Mountain East Digital Network, a conference-wide video streaming platform. The agreement will include all 12 MEC member schools.

The Mountain East Digital Network will debut this Thursday, August 31st, 2017. All Mountain East athletic events that are streamed, unless regionally or nationally broadcast, will be available on the network. The league and its member institutions will utilize the network to produce other programming such as press conferences, special events, graduation ceremonies, student-athlete interviews and additional content.

In addition to providing streaming on the web, BlueFrame will be delivering streaming media apps for: Android TV, Apple TV, Amazon Fire and Roku (available beginning Sept. 13).
